An Army Salute to the Ministry of Culture , Govt. Of India 2025

 

 

Friends, freedom is the basic mantra of nature! From time to life, every element in the universe is self-moving and dynamic! But human culture has encroached upon it and continues to do so even today! The planets that were once considered divine powers have today been defined as bodies or meteorites in the name of discovery! Nature is also being encroached upon; water, air, agricultural land, rain are also not untouched by the culture of encroachment on this earth today and this culture has been created by human hunger and fear!

 

  European philosopher "Magdugal" had written this long ago that there are only two elements on the basis of life, one is fear and the other is hunger! This hunger and fear have turned the world upside down many times! Which we call the history of our human culture! In which slavery, slavery, exploitation, abandonment, deception, fraud and countless acts of inhumanity have been explained, which are completely opposite to the definition of the word freedom in our human world and in our educated society! 

 

Here I am remembering or thinking this because on 15th August 2025, I hoisted the national flag of my country India on the roof of my house under "Camping" Har Ghar Tiranga! Because I consider every activity of nation building as my responsibility and try my best to contribute to it as per my ability! And in this way I fulfill the responsibility of fulfilling my national duty! This year my country India celebrated 79th Independence Day and being a citizen of the country, I also contributed to make Camping Har Ghar Tiranga, started by the Ministry of Culture of the Government of India, a success!

 

  I registered myself on the Har Ghar Tiranga portal, before that I hoisted the national flag on the roof of my house, made a photo image and a short film of it, then shared that photo image and short film on the Har Ghar Tiranga portal of the Ministry of Culture, Government of India! As a result, I got a certificate from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India and the photo shared by me got the tag line 'Har Ghar Tiranga Ki Rashtra Dhwaj Ke Rang Mein' which I am sharing here for your perusal! 

 

With this camping, the Ministry of Culture, Government of India has emotionally connected the whole country on the day of National Festival 15 August 2025! And the roof of every house of India has been united with the national flag, that too with national sentiment! This camping will be called the achievement of Har Ghar Tiranga and will create a unique identity of independent India on the world map! Hence, a salute from my side to the entire team of Camping Har Ghar Tiranga and the Ministry of Culture, Government of India! That is why I have written here an army salute to the Ministry of Culture, Government of India!

मित्रों स्वतंत्रता प्रकृति का मूल मन्त्र है ! सृष्टि में समय से लेकर जीवन तक प्रत्येक तत्व स्वत: चलायमान , गतिमान है ! पर मानवीय संस्कृति ने उसपर अतिक्रमण कर लिया है और आज भी करता ही जा रहा है ! जिन ग्रहों को कभी देव शक्ति माना  जाता था आज उन्हें पिण्ड या फिर उल्कापिंड की परिभाषा दे दी गयी है खोज के नाम पर  ! प्रकृति पर भी अतिक्रमण हो रहा है जल हवा कृषि भूमि, वर्षा  भी  अछूती  नहीं आज अतिक्रमण के संस्कार से इस धरा पर और ये संस्कार रचा है मानवीय भूख और भय ने ! इस बात कोयूरोपियन  दार्शनिक " मेग्डुगल"  ने बहुत पहले लिख दिया था की जीवन के आधार मात्र दो तत्व  है एक भय और दुसरा  भूख !
इस भूख और भय ने संसार को   कई बार उथप पुथल किया है!  जिसे हम इतिहास कहते है हमारी मानव संस्कृति का ! जिसमे गुलामी , दास  प्रथा,  शोषण ,परित्याग , छल कपट न जाने कितनी अनगिनत अमानवीयता की क्रियाओं को व्याख्यायित किया गया है जो की पूर्ण रूप से विपरीत है स्वतंत्रता शब्द की परिभाषा के हमारे मानवीय संसार में और हमारे शिक्षित समाज में !
 यहां मैं  ये बात इस लिए याद कर रहा हूँ या सोच रहा हूँ क्यों कि दिनांक 15 अगस्त 2025 को  मैंने मेरे घर की छत पर मेरे देश भारत का राष्ट्रिय ध्वज फहराया " कैंपिंग " हर घर तिरंगा के तहत ! चूँकि मैं  राष्ट्र निर्माण की प्रत्येक गतिविधि को स्वयं की जिमेवारी समझते हुए देखता हूँ और यथाशक्ति उसमे अपना योगदान भी देने की पुर जोर कोशिश करता हूँ ! और इस प्रकार मैं  अपने राष्ट्र्र धर्म को पूर्ण करने की जिमेवारी को पूरा करता हूँ    !
इस वर्ष मेरे देश भारत ने 79 वां स्वतंत्रता दिवस मनाया और देश के संस्कृति मंत्रालय भारत सरकार की और से आरम्भ किये हुए  केम्पिंग हर घर तिरंगा को सफल बनाने के लिए मैंने भी योगदान दिया देश का नागरिक होने के नाते ! मैंने हर घर तिरंगा पोर्टल पर खुद का पंजीकरण किया उससे पहले मेरे घर की छत पर  राष्ट्र ध्वज फहराया उसकी एक फोटो  इमेज और एक  लघु फिल्म बनायीं फिर उस फोटो इमेज और लघु फिल्म को संस्कृति मंत्रालय भारत सरकार के  हर घर तिरंगा पोर्टल पर साझा की ! परिणाम में मुझे प्रमाण पत्र मिला संस्कृति मंत्रालय भारत सरकार की और से और मेरे द्वारा साझा की गयी फोटो पर टैग  लाइन मिली हर घर तिरंगा की राष्ट्र ध्वज के रंग में जिसे मैं  यहाँ साझा कर रहा हूँ आप के अवलोकन के लिए   !
इस कैंपिंग से सांस्कृतिक मंत्रालय भारत सरकार ने राष्ट्र पर्व 15 अगस्त 2025 के दिन पुरे देश को एक भावनात्मक रूप से जोड़ दिया ! और भारत के हर घर की छत को तिरंगे राष्ट्र ध्वज से एक कर दिया वो भी राष्ट्र भावना के साथ ! ये कैंपिंग हर घर तिरंगा की उपलब्धि कही जायेगी और स्वतंत्र भारत की एक अनोखी पहचान विश्व मानचित्र पर बनाएगी !  इसलिए मेरी और से एक सलाम कैंपिंग हर घर तिरंगा की पूरी टीम को और संस्कृति मंत्रालय भारत सरकार को ! इस लिए मैंने यहाँ लिखा है एक  आर्मी सल्यूट सांस्कृति मंत्रालय भारत सरकार को !

Master Chandan Singh Touched to Our Past Memory By Photo Images.

 

Friends, the images of the past refresh us, and when these images are presented before us by a very close personality or loved one, our hearts become overwhelmed with emotion! Some such images were sent to me yesterday on the occasion of Janmashtami by my younger brother, Master Chandan Singh Rathore (Hukum), who is a painter, landscape photographer, former press photographer for Hindustan Times Jaipur, and currently an alumnus member of Rajasthan School of Art College Jaipur. It was a collection of about 65 to 70 photographs, which I would call a complete photo album, solely focused on me, taken by Master Chandan Singh during my interview at my art studio, Yogendra Art and Designing Studio, Bikaner! I don't remember the year, but it must have been around 2013 or 2014; what was once a mere conversation has now become a story—one that is true and astonishing! Love and relationships bind the mind so deeply that neither the body nor geographical distances matter anymore! In 2008, I moved from Jaipur to Bikaner; I had completed my Master of Fine Arts By creating art !

 But I had left something incomplete behind due to the twists and turns of time! Among the things I left behind, there was a silent relationship with Master Chandan Singh! And time forged that severed bond again in Bikaner! Master Chandan Singh is also a good biker, and being a free-spirited person, he came to Bikaner with his friend, who is the nephew of the legendary classical singer late Bhupen Hazarika (whose name has slipped from my memory over the years), to meet me! It was indeed a surprise for me that suddenly my Chandan was right in front of me in my Bikaner! When I met Chandan in Bikaner, he hugged me without saying anything as always and held me tightly in silence for a long time! I asked him, 'What happened, Chandan?' but he was not in a position to say anything. However, his eyes were expressing a lot about his feelings and affection, which he wanted to absorb by hugging me! Then the three of us went to my studio to learn about the main reason for his visit over tea. It was simply to meet me and to always keep my shadow with him.

And through live video recording! We had a general conversation, or I could say it was a dialogue without any exaggeration! Actually, Chandan was preparing for a long journey, and he probably needed my virtual images for some necessary items for that trip! So, a video of my conversation gestures as well (the film)! So that he could fill that empty space with images in his solitude from time to time! (Because we met almost daily in Jaipur, sometimes in front of the art college, sometimes at Jawahar Kala Kendra, and sometimes at the Indian Coffee House on MI Road, discussing art and social issues for hours! I often quelled Chandan's curiosities that arose from reading books!) We had light snacks with tea, and then Master Chandan took my pictures, and his friend also made a video while we were conversing! Then Master Chandan engaged in informal discussions with me on numerous topics logically and compiled them in a video with his camera! The conversation went on for so long that the camera's memory was full! But the conversation continued, because he was in a continuous emotion and Chandan wanted to capture those moments completely! That was natural!

Then my mother called us for food from the kitchen, so the three of us came home, ate together while seated, and that evening Master Chandan set off with his friend for the next leg of his journey! I wanted to help but Hukoom assured me that there were enough means for the journey ahead! Master Chandan's long journey is still taking place in the valleys of Himachal in some hill village! He often shares stunning images of natural landscapes through social media! To provide a feeling of natural joy! Yesterday, on the festival of Janmashtami, Master Chandan Singh surprised me by suddenly sharing those images that he had taken many years ago in my studio and now while sharing them made me realize that somewhere something has now been completed in my brother Chandan's mind and thoughts! In Hindi as a note - 

 मित्रों अतीत की छवियाँ हमें तरोताजा  कर देती है और ये छवियां किसी  अति निकटतम व्यक्तित्व या स्नेही की और से हमारे समुख रखी जातीहै तो मन भी गद गद हो जाता है ! ऐसी ही कुछ छवियां कल जन्माष्टमी के पर्व पर मेरे अनुज चित्रकार  /लैंडस्केप फोटोग्राफर / पूर्व प्रेस फोटोग्राफर - हिन्दुस्तान टाइम्स जयपुर /और वर्तमान में एल्युमनी मेंबर राजस्थान स्कूल ऑफ़ आर्ट कॉलेज जयपुर -  मास्टर चन्दन सिंह राठोड ( हुकुम ) ने  मुझे भेजी मेरे व्हाट्सअप पर !

वो कोई  65 से 70 छाया चित्रों का एक समूह था जिसे मैं एक पूरा फोटो एल्बम ही कहूंगा जो सिर्फ और सिर्फ मेरे पर ही केंद्रित होकर मास्टर चन्दन सिंह ने बीकानेर में मेरे आर्ट स्टूडियो योगेंद्र आर्ट एंड डिजाइनिंग स्टूडियो बीकानेर  में मेरे साक्षात्कार के साथ लिए थे ! वर्ष मुझे याद नहीं आ रहा है पर शायद 2013 या 2014 की बात है , बात ही क्या अब तो एक कहानी है वो भी सच्ची और अचंभित करने वाली !

प्रेम और रिश्ते किस प्रकार मन मस्तिष्क को बांध देते है की उसमे फिर न तो शरीर का महत्व होता है और न ही भौगोलिक दूरियों का ! वर्ष 2008 में मैं जयपुर से बीकानेर आ गया था मेरा मास्टर ऑफ़ फाइन आर्ट करके ! पर पीछे कुछ अधूरा सा भी छोड़ आया था समय के तोड़ मोड़ के कारण ! उस पीछे छूटे में एक रिश्ता मौन रिश्ता मास्टर चन्दन सिंह का भी मुझसे छूटा था ! और समय ने उस छूटे हुए रिश्ते की कड़ी जोड़ी बीकानेर में ! मास्टर चन्दन सिंह एक अच्छा बाइकर भी है सो यायावर स्वभाव का धनि मास्टर चन्दन सिंह अपने मित्र जो की भतीजा है शास्त्रीय संगीत के महान गायक स्वर्गीय भूपेन हजारिका जी   ( जिसका नाम मेरी स्मृति पटल से कही खो गया  है इतने वर्षों में ) का , के साथ बीकानेर आया मुझसे मिलने ! मेरे लिए वो सरप्राइज ही था की एकदम से मेरा चन्दन मेरे सामने वो भी मेरे बीकानेर में !
 
जब चन्दन से बीकानेर में मिला तो  हमेशा की तरह बिना कुछ कहे मेरे गले लगा और क़ाफी देर तक मौन रह कर मझे गले लगाए रखा ! मैंने भी पूछा क्या हुआ चन्दन ? पर चन्दन कुछ कह ने की स्थिति में भी नहीं था पर उसकी आँखे  बहुत कुछ बयां कर रही थी उसके मन और स्नेह की स्थिति को जिसे वो मेरे गले लग कर भर लेना चाहता था !
 

फिर हम तीनो  मेरे स्टुडिओ में आये चाय के साथ यात्रा का मूल कारण जाना !   वो था  सिर्फ मुझसे मिलना और मुझे अपने साथ हमेशा के लिए रखने  हेतु मेरी छाया चित्र और लाइव वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग के जरिये !  हमने सामान्य बात चित की या उसे मैं एक संवाद भी कहूं तो अतिश्योक्ति  नहीं होगी ! दरसल चन्दन तैयारी कर रहा था किसी लम्बी यात्रा की और उस यात्रा के जरुरी सामान के लिए उसे मेरी वर्चुअल छवियों की भी आवश्यकता थी शायद !  तो मेरे संवाद करने  के भाव का वीडियो भी ( चलचित्र ) ! ताकि समय समय पर वो उस छूटे हुए स्पेस को छवियों से भर सके  अपने एकांत में ! ( क्यों की जयपुर में लगभग प्रतिदिन हम कभी आर्ट कॉलेज के आगे तो कभी जवाहर कला केंद्र में मिलते तो कभी एम आई रोड स्थित इंडियन कॉफ़ी हॉउस में और घंटो संवाद भी करते कला पर सामाजिक विषयों पर ! मैं चन्दन की जिज्ञासाओं को अक्सर शांत करता और उसकी जिज्ञासा उत्पन होती पुस्तकों को पढ़ने से ! )

 हमने चाय के साथ हल्का नाश्ता किया फिर मास्टर चन्दन ने मेरी तस्वीरें ली और उसके दोस्त ने विडिओ भी बनायीं हमारे संवाद करते हुए की ! फिर मास्टर चन्दन में मुझसे अनौपचारिक परिचर्चा की अनेकों विषयों पर तर्कसंगत  और उसे विडिओ में भी संकलित किया अपने कैमेरा से ! संवाद इतना लम्बा चला की कैमरा की मेमोरी डाटा ही फुल हो गया ! पर बात जारी थी क्यों की वो अनवरत भाव में थी और चन्दन उन पलों को समेटना चाहता था पूरा का पूरा ! जो स्वाभाविक था !

फिर मेरे घर में से माँ ने खाने के लिए आवाज दी हमें , तो हम तीनो घर में आये खाना खाया साथ में बैठकर और उसी श्याम को मास्टर चन्दन अपने मित्र के साथ अपनी यात्रा के अगले पड़ाव की और निकला ! मैंने मदद करनी चाही पर हुकुम ने आस्वस्त करदिया की अभी के लिए प्रयाप्त साधन है आगे की यात्रा के लिए !

मास्टर चन्दन की वो लम्बी यात्रा अभी पड़ाव लिए हुए है हिमाचल की वादियों में किसी पहाड़ी गाँव में ! वहां से अक्सर शानदार प्राकृतिक  लैंडस्केप  की छविंयां सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से साझा भी करता है ! प्राकृतिक सुख की अनुभूति करवाने को !

कल जन्माष्टमी के पर्व पर मास्टर चन्दन सिंह ने एक दम से मुझे चकित कर दिया मेरी वो छवियां साझा करते हुए जिसे उसने कई वर्ष पूर्व ली थी मेरे स्टूडियो में और अब मुझे साझा करते हुए ये आभास भी करवा दिया है की कहीं कुछ अब पूर्ण हो गया है मेरे अनुज चन्दन के मन और विचार में ! उन छवियों को देख कर मैं  वास्तव मे गद गद हूँ और शुक्रगुजार भी  मास्टर चन्दन का , क्यों की उसने अपनी इस लम्बी यात्र के दौरान मुझे और मेरी यादों को संजोये रखा है और उसका प्रमाण कल उसके द्वारा भेजी गयी वे छवियां जो उसके एकांत  में उसके साथ रही मेरी उपस्थिति का आभास  करवाते हुए  !

Art  Is Convey to Situation…

"Nothing is incomplete nor complete in art"

Friends yesterday my college friend cum junior art master Dadhichi Patel was shared a short film that’s language is Hindi . Film title is “SHTITI” ( situation ) . Master Dadhichi patel has been played a role as a actor  in that short film . I watched his posted short film STHITI on  youtube channel , that’s link is this .

I noticed in film two another actor are my artist friends their name are  Cartoonist or Animator Master Arvind Jodha he is from my Home town Bikaner  and press photographer  master Dinesh Meena ( he was My Junior In Rajasthan School of Art college Jaipur ) 

Short Film Sthiti was directed by Director Master Yogesh Moda , or After watched to their home production  Short Film Shtiti , I wrote a note in Hindi , here that note copy I want to share with  you because that is not only a note that is my critical observation as a critic on production of short film Sthiti . 

मित्रों कला और कलाकार आप को हमेशा अचंभित करते है और यही कला का उदेश्य भी है एक सामाजिक व्यक्ति का ध्यान उसके मूल चिंतन से क्षण भर के लिए हटाते हुए उसे तरोताजगी की अनुभूति करवाना ! कला की ये एक्सरसाइज कई रूपों में होती है संगीत से , दृश्य से( चित्र ) , नृत्य से , लेखन से और अभिनय से भी !
कल मुझे मेरे अनुज कलाकार मास्टर दधिची पटेल ने एक शार्ट फिल्म का लिंक यूटुब के जरिये साझा किया ! जिसे मैं उसकी होम प्रोडक्शन भी कहूं तो अतिश्योक्ति नहीं होगी ! क्योंकि उसने और उसके आस पास वाले रचनात्मक मित्रों ने उस शार्ट फिल्म का निर्माण किया है और शीर्षक दिया है "स्थिति " ....
स्थिति शब्द में ही दृश्य का भाव निहित है और अंतर्मन की आपाधापी की अनुभूति भी , क्योंकि समाज का हर व्यक्ति इस स्थिति शब्द से हर पल भेंट करता है कभी अपने लिए तो कभी अपनों के लिए !

शार्ट फिल्म स्थिति में भी यही स्थिति दर्शायी गयी है ! जिसमे प्रथम दृश्य जवाहर कला केंद्र जयपुर की यथार्थ स्थिति को दर्शाता है उस प्रथम सीन में मेरे सहपाठी ( कार्टूनिस्ट आर्ट मास्टर ) जिसकी चित्र रेखाओं का मैं कॉलेज टाइम से ही कायल रहा हूँ और अक्सर कहता भी था उस अरविन्द जोधा से की तुम्हरी लाइन्स ऑफ़ ड्राइंग आर वंडरफुल हुकुम। फिल्म स्थिति में मास्टर अरविन्द जोधा ने भी एक किरदार ऑफिस वर्कर की स्थिति को इंगित करते हुए निभाया है !

फिल्म में मनो स्थिति को सरल और सांकेतिक रूप में प्रस्तुत किया है डायरेक्टर योगेश मोड़ा ने जो तारीफे काबिल है !

कला दरसल संवाद या संकेत से बात करने की विधा है उसमे अधिक नाटकीयता की आवश्यकता नहीं होती और जहां नाटकीयता आती है वहाँ मूल विषय गौण हो जाता है और वो कला न रहकर अर्टिफिसियल एक्टिविटी बनकर रह जाती है जिसे आज ऐ आई के नाम से जानते है हम डिजिटल वर्ल्ड में ! ये भी एक स्थिति है फिल्म जगत में कला की जो मैंने कई बार महसूस की है फिल्म आर्ट को देखते हुए ! पर फिल्म स्थिति में वो बात नहीं सीधी बात को सरल प्रतीकों से स्पष्ट प्रस्तुत किया है ! जो मन के उन सभी भावों की स्थिति को दर्शा रही है जिसे भरत ने नौ रस कहा था नाट्यशास्त्र में !

मेरी राजस्थान स्कूल ऑफ़ आर्ट कॉलेज जयपुर के कला विद्यार्थी और मेरे अनुज / जूनियर मास्टर दधिची पटेल जो की विज्ञापन कला के विद्यार्थी रहे ! उसने भी इस फिल्म में अभिनय किया है एक मध्यम वर्ग के परिवार के जिमेवार व्यक्ति का , जिसमे गम्भीरता है , सामाजिक चिंतन के साथ आत्म संतुष्टि के भाव की भी स्थिति को फिल्म स्क्रीन के कैनवास पर अभिनय से मुखरित किया है ! मास्टर पटेल ने फिल्म स्थिति के अनुसार अपने अभिनय की स्थिति को लेवल में लाते हुए ठीक ठाक अभिनय किया है ! संभावना की खोज सतत जारी रहनी चाहिए पूर्णता के लिए ! पर कहते है की कला में कुछ भी अपूर्ण नहीं और ना ही पूर्ण यही असली स्थिति है कला की !
सो मेरी और से स्थिति शार्ट फ़िल्म की प्रोडक्शन टीम को साधुवाद के साथ बधाई !

Friends, art and artists always surprise you and this is the purpose of art to divert the attention of a social person from his basic thoughts for a moment and make him feel refreshed! This exercise of art takes many forms, from music, visuals (paintings), dance, writing and even acting!

Yesterday, my younger artist Master Dadhichi Patel shared a link of a short film with me through YouTube! If I call it his home production, it will not be an exaggeration! Because he and his creative friends around him have produced that short film and titled it "Situation" ....
The word 'Situation' itself contains the meaning of a scene and also the feeling of inner turmoil, because every person of the society encounters this word 'Situation' every moment, sometimes for himself and sometimes for his loved ones!

The same situation has been depicted in the short film 'Situation' as well! In which the first scene shows the real situation of Jawahar Kala Kendra Jaipur. In that first scene, my classmate (cartoonist art master) whose drawing lines I have admired since college time and often used to say to Arvind Jodha that your lines of drawing are wonderful, sir. In the film Sthiti, master Arvind Jodha has also played a character indicating the situation of an office worker!

In the film, the mental state has been presented in a simple and symbolic form by director Yogesh Moda, which is praiseworthy!

Art is actually a method of talking through dialogue or gestures, it does not require much drama and where drama comes in, the main subject becomes secondary and it no longer remains art but becomes an artificial activity, which we know today as AI in the digital world! This is also a situation of art in the film world, which I have felt many times while watching the film Art! But in the film Sthiti, that is not the case, the simple thing has been presented clearly with simple symbols! Which is depicting the state of all those emotions of the mind which Bharat had called nine rasas in Natyashastra!

My art student of Rajasthan School of Art College Jaipur and my younger / junior Master Dadhichi Patel who was a student of advertising art! Friends in this days I am taking art classes of painting for subject art and drawing of Class 11^th on without pay – I am not talking any charge for my art teaching practice . Because  I know art promotion  is very must or art education is very must for develop to our rich culture of INDIA .

 So I am giving  my art service as a art teacher  to GOVT.  Higher Secondary school  Bhutnath temple . Murlidhar Vyas Colony  BikanerIn free of Cost .Actually on date 1 July to Our Education Ministry of Rajasthan Was started New session with subject Art and drawing for higher secondary class 11^{th in}  In Bikaner  , There the art teacher was not appointed at present.  So the administration of GOVT. School or that’s team member Master Sunil Sharma was demanded to me my time for take to art classes in his  Govt. Higher secondary School. The Administration of Govt. school want to continue to this new art and drawing subject in their school . So they are putting their extra efforts for develop to this new art subject from their Govt. school . I noticed they are knowing to importance of this creative art subject painting or they are want to contribute their efforts in develop to our culture by this new art and drawing & painting Subject . So I said yes or I accepted their demand as a art master of Fine Art or as a care taker of our Indian Culture . actually it is my real duty as a art master or by this exercise I am also developing to our national culture in present time . because I know to my real art duty as a INDIAN .  

IN a one moth the students were set to their mind for this new subject( Art – Drawing & painting )  or they were understand to this news subject or its importance  in their  education or culture . After one moth practice of art work  in my guideline , they all students ( girl Child ) were completed still life study format by pencil drawing  in their own GOVT. school . First they all were surprised after see to result of their own art practice  and there I notice the administration of Govt . school is also surprised to their self efforts,  because their extra exercise for subject Art – drawing & painting  is giving to positive result for develop to our INDIA culture . it was success of my art practice . I could created confidence in art students or in administration of Govt. School Bikaner .

When yesterday I was taking art – drawing painting class of 11^th class in class room of Govt. School . there the Administration team member Master Sunil Sharma was came for observed to progress of art practice of class 11^th . He was Surprised and then he was  created a short reel of still life study in class room  , All art students  were busy in draw to a still life object as a subject in their own drawing book  .

 

 

Master Sunil Sharma was shared that short reel on social networkd  with title “performance of Art class 11^th”

 

When I watched his shared short reel on social media platform ,  I were forward to that valuable short reel on my all social networks pages  for explorer to true art exercise of my art practice or practice of my new art students , they are  girl Child of My City or nation India  .

That short reel of art education or art practice of art students  were watched by many world class art masters and art critics of our world on social networks platforms   . Or in this exercise of art explorer, I noticed national art critic of INDIA Sir SARVESH BHATT (Jaipur/ Rajasthan )   was noticed to that short real that’s real aim  and  After watched to that short real he was wrote a Hindi note on his facebook social network with that Short reel and posted  .

Friends we know art critic is not write easily on any exercise of artist  , art critic always observe very first to art practice of artist  with right definition of Aesthetic of INDIA or  that Aesthetic of INDIA concept is Satyam Shivam Sundaram . राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय, भूतनाथ मंदिर, मुरलीधर व्यास कॉलोनी, बीकानेर में इस वर्ष सत्र 2025-26 से कला संकाय की कक्षा 11वीं में चित्रकला विषय की शुरुआत की गई है। एक अहम पहल के अंतर्गत, शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा विषय आरंभ तो कर दिया गया, किंतु चित्रकला शिक्षक की नियुक्ति अब तक नहीं हो सकी है।

ऐसे में विद्यालय के प्रभारी मास्टर सुनील शर्मा के आग्रह पर बीकानेर के वरिष्ठ चित्रकार और मास्टर ऑफ फाइन आर्ट्स Yogendra Kumar Purohit  ने निशुल्क सेवा प्रदान करते हुए विद्यार्थियों को कला का प्रशिक्षण देना शुरू किया है। यह कदम न केवल शिक्षा विभाग की रचनात्मक दृष्टि को समर्थन देता है, बल्कि राष्ट्र की सांस्कृतिक चेतना को भी सशक्त करता है।

'स्टिल लाइफ' से सीखी रेखांकन की बारीकियाँ

कक्षा 11वीं की छात्राओं ने चार सप्ताह की कक्षाओं में ‘स्टिल लाइफ (वस्तु समूह चित्रण)’ विषय पर गहन अभ्यास किया और पेंसिल ड्राइंग के माध्यम से अपनी कल्पनाशीलता को आकार दिया। विद्यालय प्रशासन द्वारा इस रचनात्मक कार्य का एक रील "परफॉर्मेंस ऑफ क्लास 11" शीर्षक से बनाकर साझा किया गया है, जो विद्यार्थियों के उत्साह और समर्पण को दर्शाता है।

समर्पण और सेवा का सुंदर उदाहरण

चित्रकार योगेंद्र पुरोहित द्वारा दिया गया यह निःस्वार्थ योगदान, केवल कला शिक्षा ही नहीं, बल्कि युवा पीढ़ी में संवेदनशीलता और सृजनात्मकता को भी पोषित कर रहा है।

In the academic session 2025–26, Government Senior Secondary School, Bhootnath Mandir, located in Murli Dhar Vyas Colony, Bikaner, has introduced Visual Arts as a subject for Class 11 in the Arts stream. Though the education department has taken this creative initiative, a permanent art teacher is yet to be appointed.

Responding to the request of the school’s in-charge, Master Sunil Sharma, senior Bikaner-based artist and Master of Fine Arts, Yogendra Kumar Purohit, has voluntarily started teaching art classes without any remuneration. This noble gesture not only supports the department’s creative vision but also strengthens the cultural consciousness of the nation.

In just four weeks, the students of Class 11 have diligently practiced the subject of "Still Life" (Object Group Composition), learning the nuances of pencil sketching while expressing their imagination on paper. To showcase this creative journey, the school administration has released a short video titled "Performance of Class 11", reflecting the enthusiasm and dedication of the students.

This selfless contribution by artist Yogendra Purohit is not just about teaching art—it nurtures sensitivity and creativity in the younger generation.
