Twinning is key of  strong bounding of each one relation in our human family . Twinning is beyond to all kind of limits and boundaries on this earth . Twining base is communication , continuity and trust plus responsibility on subject & job too.   

In this twining Udine-Naples city of Italy  and Bikaner city of India  have a long twinning cum relation of art and culture . Many scholars were came to Bikaner and many scholars went to Udine for gain to more richness in education of art and culture .

Dr. L.P. Tessitori from Udine Italy was came Bikaner as a researcher and he was worked as a researcher at site of Sindhughati Belt of Rajasthan .Some part of Sindhu Ghati culture is in Bikaner land. So Dr. L. P. Tessitori was stayed in Bikaner and he worked for right information of Culture or that’s history . In Bikaner Museum many research items and notes of Dr. L. P. Tesitori are  presented for new researchers .  Many researchers of  Udine – Naples Italy are coming to Bikaner and they notice to research work of Dr. L.P. Tessitori .They are feeling surprise by research work of  Dr. L. P. Tessitori . It is not a single example of twinning of Udine – Naples – Bikaner India .

 Few years ago the social workers  of Bikaner  Dr. Bulakidas Kalla ( at present he is Education and art and culture Minister of Rajasthan Government of Rajasthan )  - former  Chairman of Bikaner late Sir Vijay Kapoor and their team were  went  to Udine Italy for visit to home and village of Dr. L. P. Tessitori as a researcher, they were founded Udine and Bikianer have same life style , same culture . it was surprise for them they told in Bikaner when they come back to Bikaner .

As a art master I also Noticed this twinning when a very senior most artist of Udine- Naples Italy Maestro Enzo Marino was came Bikaner for a art activity in mid of desert life, village life of Bikaner site just like Dr. L. P. Tessitori  Italy . ( But his subject was visual art .)

 Here senior artist late master Shree Gopal Vyas ( contemporary artist of  Bikaner/ India )  was welcome to art maestro Enzo Marino . Maestro Enzo Marino was guest artist at art studio  of Master Shree Gopal Vyas in Bikaner . I was invited there as a helper artist . In a one week maestro Enzo Marino was mixed with us as a family Member . Maestro Enzo was worked at desert site ( big size canvas’s  ) in day time or in sun light.  So he gave me umbrella for shadow on him or I did that as a helper of him  , Then he said to me yogendra  you are my assisto ( assistant ) . That was his first trip of India for communication of contemporary art of Udine – Naples –Bikaner . 

 

After that trip Maestro Enzo Marino was invited to young artist of Bikaner In Italy or master Shree Gopal vyas went there with his sun Master Rounak  vyas as a art manager of Shree Gopal vyas . So I saw twinning of art between Udine-Naples-Bikaner  by maestro Enzo Marino or master Shree Gopal Vyas . 

 

Kind  your Information Maestro Enzo Marino has came tree time to Bikaner for transformation of Art project between Undine – Naples –Bikaner.

In third time trip of Maestro Enzo Marino for Bikaner . in that time  I also joined to him  as a art master . at   art workshop of International art gallery Italy and  Bikaner in  studio of Master Shree Gopal Vyas . There I also worked and I gifted my  small painting  to Maestro  Enzo Marino as a momento, that year he came with his lady Concetta Tessiotore who loves writing , poetry, and something about art.

 

On online Maestro Enzo Marino is very active and dedicate for this twining matter . He is organizing many online art events and art exhibitions plus art workshops for better relation or communication  with our world family or art family too. In this format he is inviting to many artists of Bikaner and he is giving art reward to them by yearly diploma certificates from International free artists gallery Italy . it is amazing for Bikaner .

In covid time maestro Enzo Marino  organized  a international art exhibition on online and he was exhibited to painting of 200 artists of our world for message fight to corona from your home live safe live creative and live in home . I also submitted my painting  and some more artist of Bikianer  Dr. Mona sardar dudi , master Mahaveer Rankawat , master Mukesh Sanchihar, Master kamal kishor Joshi , master  Ramkumar  Bhadhani , Master Lal chand Suthar . master Himani sharma were also submitted art  works for fight to covid by art message .

When Russia & Ukrane war was started in that time as a art Maestro, maestro  Enzo Marino was stand against war and he was organized a art exhibition with title the peace against war. He was invited to art work from Bikaner artists , it mean Bikaner was is in his vision for peace creation action by work of art or art exhibition. I gave respect to his right duty and posted to him my drawing with title  against war . some more artists of Bikaner were also sent his/her  work for art exhibition of Peace .It was very much important work of Maestro Enzo Marino (  My Real Alexandra of army of peace Designer  )   so a  army Salute  to Him .

Maestro Enzo Marino is  know how to manage to twinning of art in our world or how to set to art twinning time to time between Udine –Naples –Bikaner .or I think it is very must for right art communication between two culture of two different nation .

Folk Is His Prayer…

Folk is a base of our human cultural life . It was start with birth of our human on this earth . I can say folk is our first or basic life style . Folk is our guide and institute of life.  Folk is master of all kinds of religions .Folk is giving completeness to us in all conditions of life. Folk have lots of colors and moods for our life . so I think we can’t get completeness without folk in our life. 

We know folk have no any literature evidence but that is fix in system of our social life on this earth . Folk always charge to life when life is go  in down side, Folk is key of social system . Folk have boundary but in that boundary  folk is giving freedom  to life. It is surprising nature of  folk or we are living it in our life. 

 

Folk is give completeness to each one. It is true or it is nature of folk . I am saying it because I have a very strong example for it .

Master Gopal Bissa  from Bikaner Rajasthan India a  young guy is adopt to Folk in his life like a religion . He want to live in nature of folk , Because folk is giving to him full freedom for live to his life in his own nature . Master Gopal Bissa is very social or very emotional parson or folk is accept very first to social and emotional parson of our human society. I can say God was designed to Master Gopal Bissa for folk or folk is very perfect for him . 

 

Folk is school or institute for master Gopal Bissa , There is not any building of education system or there is no any teacher or professors but the conditions of folk is itself a guides, teachers or professors for  master Gopal Bissa. He is learning very much about folk day by day by format of folk .  

Folk design to culture or for culture design folk need simple, emotional, responsible or committed person , master Gopal Bissa is very fit in this format of folk . so he is completing his education or duty under the folk format.  

I know it is not a easy job because development of folk is not a Govt. Job , There is no any income sores , folk need complete contribution of folk flower for develop to folk in society or society is care to folk developer time to time . it is a joint work of folk developer or society. ( critical but important base of folk )  

Master Golap Bissa is very dedicate for his own job that is folk development . He is master in many cultural or folk activity or that’s performance . This Month he has expressed his skill in front side of our society or our Rajasthan GOVT. By participation in Camel Festival 2023  Bikaner. 

Camel Festival is a Govt. Festival or Rajasthan Tourism department is organize it in Bikaner , Its concept is , expose to culture of Bikaner  or that’s life style . Master Gopal  Bissa was taken it in his hand , A one part of camel festival that was Heritage walk . By this heritage walk master Gopal Bissa was invited to all craft mans , food makers , traditional theater artists ( Ramat ) , Gangour and folk song singers of Bikaner ,That heritage walk was started from old city of Bikaner Damani Chouk . There to heritage walk was moved or that was stopped at Kocharon ka chouk , The tourists and officers of Rajasthan GOVT. were walked with Bikaner city and they were knew or felt  to original cultural or folk sound  of Bikaneri life style . 

Kind your information master Gopal Bissa is expert in bind to turban of Rajasthani styles , He is wear pure Rajasthani folk  dress Turban , Kurta Dhoti, Mojdi ( shoo ) , kada, baali , bulak rings, kamalr band  and with a very decorative and crafted wood stick ( laathi ) . 

Master Gopal Bissa  has performed many ramp show ( fashion show ) In India or out of  India . There he was  exposed to Rajasthani or Bikaner folk fashion / dress. ( title Rajasthani Ranbankura ) . In Dubai the GOVT. of Dubai was gave reward  to master Golak Bissa or his team when he was performed there rajasthani Folk , master Gopal  Bissa told me at air port of Dubai he was made tea in folk style of Rajasthan village , that was surprising for people of Dubai . A folk follower can do it so  master Gopal Bissa has been done that  there , its region ,master Gopal Bissa  is Living to Folk or folk is his prayer ..
